Price Match Policy

CorkQueen LLC (“Company”, “Website”,”CorkQueen”,”CorkQueen.com”,”us”, “we”, or “our”) has the following Price Match Policy.

CorkQueen prides itself on having the lowest prices on brand name wine. As such, our retail stores will match a local competitor’s current advertised price on any identical product item.

The Details:

  • At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors current advertised price.
  • A local competitor is defined as a retailer doing business in the community where that particular CorkQueen store is located (e.g., a customer cannot show the advertised price from a retailer in Orlando and receive a price match since there is no CorkQueen within that community).
  • A local competitor’s current advertisement is as a print ad that that clearly shows the product details with inclusive current dates, and is sponsored by the retailer doing business in the community where CorkQueen is located. Digital versions of printed advertisements may be accepted at our discretion.
  • An identical product item is defined as a product that has the same brand, manufacturer, variety, type, year, vintage, size, and/or color.
  • Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined or used with any other offers, including, but not limited to, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, advertisement errors, or coupon offers, whether offered by CorkQueen or a competitor.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • To complete the Price Match, we must be able to successfully validate the local competitor’s price via their ad or website.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

  • The online prices of local retailers that does not specify whether the identical product item is being sold at the same price in their local retail store.
  • The online prices of online retailers.
  • Anything other than wine, spirits and beer (i.e., accessories, non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco, soda, food, bar items, etc.).
  • Buy one, get one free promotions (or other similar offerings).
  • Competitors’ pre-order and special daily, hourly or flash sales.
  • Prices identified on a local competitor’s store receipt or invoice.
  • Any items that are advertised or listed as limited quantity, limited availability, out of stock items, clearance or closeout items or while supplies last, whether advertised by CorkQueen or a competitor.
