Description

Domaine De Beaumiere, Cotes du Rhone (2017)

Grenache 80% and Syrah 20%.
Domaine de Beaumière is located in the Provence part of the Drôme, in the village of Bouchet that once belonged to the Princes of Orange and was later bought in the XIVth century by nuns from a Cistercian Abbey.
It is in this rural village, essentially turned toward viticulture, that Claude Charpentier who represents the third generation and is heir to a long tradition of winemaking manages the Domaine.
He endeavors to combine ancestral tradition with the more recent approach of sustainable agriculture aiming to preserve the environment and produce the very best her terroir has to offer.
