Description

Old Soul, Petite Sirah

A dark, inky color with aromas of blackberry and violet. Flavors of currants and plum abound, with a touch of dark chocolate. Spicy oak notes round out the finish on this well-structured wine.  This wine was fermented for the maximum extraction of structure and color while maintaining the expressive fruit. Aged for eight months in a combination of high and medium toast French Oak to add to the wine’s complexity and depth.
