Thanks to the expertise employed in the vineyards, there is minimal intervention in the wine cellar. The fermentation process is achieved using traditional methods complemented by the most advanced oenological knowledge. Vinification is carried out in steel, wood, and cement vats at controlled temperatures. The essences released by the wood further enhance the fragrance and flavor of the wine, recapturing the taste and evoking the history and memories of the wine produced in these hills.
