RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

CorkQueen LLC (“Company”, “Website”, “CorkQueen”,  “CorkQueen.com”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) has the following Return and Cancellation Policy.

In-Store Purchases

Change of Mind

You may return an unopened item to the store for a refund or exchange for other merchandise within 30 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all returns. Items will be inspected by the store’s manager for damage, including heat exposure.

Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was by check, a corporate refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days.

Item Spoiled or Corked

If you have determined an item to be spoiled or corked after opening, you may return the item to the store within 30 days of purchase for an identical replacement. 

If the item is no longer available, a gift card will be issued. 

Do not pour the product out. 75% of the bottle’s original contents is required to claim the item as spoiled or corked. 

If the bottle’s closure type is cork, please also put the cork back into the bottle at the time of the return.

Keg Barrel/Equipment Deposits

Keg barrel deposits, and the related equipment deposits, are required to be paid by credit/debit card. Upon return and inspection of a keg barrel, and the related equipment if applicable, the card used for the original purchase will be refunded. A receipt is required for all deposit refunds. If the equipment has been damaged, the deposit will be used by CorkQueen to replace the equipment and will not be refunded.

Special Orders

Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders Shipped/Delivered

CorkQueen is committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. All of the items (except pre-orders and Bordeaux futures) on our website are in-stock in our temperature controlled warehouses and available for immediate shipment. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization and does not include weekends or holidays. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at (813) 693-1559. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation.

Order Damaged in Transit

CorkQueen uses specially designed packaging of the highest quality to protect your wine in transit. However, in the unusual event you do experience a problem with a shipment; please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We may require the return of unopened bottles. We may offer a replacement, discount, refund, or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Cancellations

A canceled order is an order that has been placed and payment processed. A cancellation fee of 10% of the merchandise amount will be assessed at the time of refund. If the order ships, that cost too, will be assessed.

Returns

A returned order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as a result of adult signature not available.

Upon receipt of a returned order back to our facility, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise amount.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange/return or exchange.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Dissatisfaction with the Quality/Taste

CorkQueen is proud to offer great values on the world’s best wines.

We work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy, but we cannot of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you may select.

In the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a wine, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue a refund or account credit, less the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee.

CorkQueen will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection.

Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you.

For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
